What is the 2 latest versions?

  • The latest active General Available (GA) version and one active software version back.

Example:

  • v8.1 latest GA software version
  • v7.x as one version back

NOTE:
After the release of version 8.x we can only deliver new License Key File to the latest version 8.x latest version or later
If you are running version 6.x or earlier versions, you will need to upgrade to the latest version 8.x or later

End of guaranty
When a software version is not standardly supported anymore, there is no more guaranty for access to maintenance, upgrade, support and services.

  • As long as it is possible to support an upgrade of the “older” versions, we will support it.
  • Assistance on not standard supported software versions are only delivered as payable consultancy services
