- After the release of a new version, we can only deliver new License Key File to the latest version and 1 version back
- If we can and deliver older or special version, there will be extra fees
- If you are running a older version, you will sometime need to upgrade to our latest version to fix issues

Note: When upgrading the software, the License key file also need to be upgraded
- The license key file will contain:
- Expiration date’s
- Number of server’s
- Number of users

IMPORTANT WHEN MAKING INSTALL OR UPGRADE
- Always use the Quick Start Guide when you install or upgrade
PREPARING FOR UPGRADE
- Using the original installation, uninstall the back-end services (conversion and gatherer)
- Using the original installation, uninstall the front-end
INSTALL UPGRADE
- From the new installation, run setup.exe and install the frontend again
- From the new installation, install the backend services again using the Preview Back-end Installer\OntolicaPreview_x64.msi
- Upload and activate your new license in the Search & Preview license area
Reactivate and test the Search & Preview features used in your sites
