• After the release of a new version, we can only deliver new License Key File to the latest version and 1 version back
• If we can and deliver older or special version, there will be extra fees
• If you are running a older version, you will sometime need to upgrade to our latest version to fix issues

We will continue to update the software version, this is the latest release

Note: When upgrading the software, the License key file also need to be upgraded

The license key file will contain:

• The expiration date following your active Software Assurance (SA)
• The number of server’s to access (Configuration)
• The number of users (CAL)
• The farm ID
