You should always be able to find your Software Assurance ID:
- On the last Software Assurance (SA) Invoice
- Or on the last renewal Invoice
- Or on the Software purchase invoice
We will normally be able to find your Software Assurance ID in our systems via our Support & Service Center
- But only if your account in the Support & Service Center is fully and correctly updated
- For assistance just submit a ticket to our Support & Service Center
If your Software Assurance (SA) is de-activated, closed or canceled for any reasons, you will need to re-activate it again
