  • When your organization need to re-activate a Software Assurance (SA) after it has been closed (not paid, in suspension, canceled, terminated etc.)

PRICE:

  1. Payment for the not paid period(s) – minimum up to 24 months
  2. Cost +25% calculated on the not paid period
  3. Plus our fixed activation or reactivation fee

Example 1: Assurance not paid in 4 months

  • Payment for 4 months
  • +25% Cost
  • Plus activation or reactivation fee

Example 2: Not paid for in 36 months

  • Payment for minimum 24 months
  • +25% Cost
  • Plus activation or reactivation fee

For an Activation or Reactivation or a Software Assurance (SA)
Submit a ticket to our Support & Service Center
Attached with:

  • The last Software Assurance invoice – when possible
  • The software purchase invoice(s) – all license when possible
We reserve the right to refuse any activation or reactivation without explanation
